Objective: Research a target audience (single, working millennial women) and form a social media strategy. Then, create two digital banner ads that can be A/B tested based upon the insights.
Strategy:

The target audience craves a connection with others, hence the hands reaching for each other.

They are single and waiting longer to be married, yet active on dating sites where they are "matched" with people based on their preferences, hence the play on words in the headline.
